Common Behringer TD-3-MO Questions
How do I sync the TD-3-MO to other MIDI devices or a DAW?
Connect a MIDI cable from your MIDI interface's MIDI OUT port to the TD-3-MO's MIDI IN port. Ensure your DAW or sequencer is transmitting MIDI clock and configure the TD-3-MO's Sync Select switch to 'MIDI'.
How do I save my patterns and settings on the TD-3-MO?
The TD-3-MO does not have internal memory for saving patterns or presets. You'll need to record the sequences into your DAW or use an external sequencer.
How do I transpose a sequence in real-time while it's playing?
Use the keyboard input to play notes. These notes will transpose the entire running sequence to match the note played on the keyboard in real-time. The keyboard button has to be lit for this to happen
My TD-3-MO isn't making any sound. What should I check?
Verify the volume knob is turned up, the power switch is on, and the cutoff frequency and resonance knobs are set appropriately. Also, check that the gate switch is set correctly. If still no sound is coming out of the speakers or headphones, make sure that your cables work properly
What are the key differences between the TD-3-MO and the original TD-3?
The TD-3-MO features a modified overdrive circuit for more aggressive tones, a wider range of filter cutoff and resonance, and keyboard inputs. It also has the CV inputs and outputs that can be found on the original.
